We understand many visitors arrive by car. Luckily, parking is available at Galway Harbour, opposite the Galway Harbour Hotel car park. However, please note that ferries to Inishmore are for foot passengers only.

Pack light, as there’s no limit on luggage. We recommend bringing essentials like a camera, comfy shoes, a rain jacket (Irish weather can be unpredictable!), sunscreen, and some cash, as some island businesses might not accept cards.
