
The passenger ferry from Doolin operates on a seasonal basis (April – October). The ferry terminal to Inishmore is located at Doolin pier, just outside the village. The sailing time is approximately 35mins. each way to Inishmore. There are plenty of things to do on Inishmore, depending on your arrival time visitors have anywhere from 4-7hrs to cycle and explore the islands famous forts, cliffs, shops and beaches before the ferry departs on its return journey. Some passengers prefer to explore all of what Inishmore has to offer and stay overnight and enjoy the islands rich nightlife, culture and restaurants.
Please note the 13:00 Doolin departure makes a stop on Inisheer before continuing on to Inishmore at 15:00.
